2008 Angel Courses
~ Each day will be spent in the company of
angels ~ The angel courses may be repeated as often as you like as you will gain
more from them each time!
Although "Walking with Angels" is the foundation level, the courses can be taken
in any order!
The only pre-requisite is your desire to be there!

CREATING ABUNDANCE

Manifest the freedom of abundance into your life and assist you to live the life
you are capable of in freedom, joy and divine purpose! We will be assisted in
our work by the Taurus full moon this weekend!
Abundance is not only about manifesting material abundance although that also comes into the equation. The exercises and techniques we use in this angel course will assist you to manifest increased freedom in most areas of your life. Our old attitudes can sometimes act as straitjackets, subconsciously hemming us in to narrow and blocked possibilities and ways of being. You can choose now to open up to endless opportunities and possibilities!
With the Angels help, creating abundance
will assist you to:
Recognise and bathe in the energy of abundance.
Utilise the law of attraction.
Get clarity on what you really want to make your heart sing.
Learn powerful techniques to manifest your needs and hearts desire, including the amazingly powerful abundance symbol,
wish lists and vision maps.
Find out if you have unconscious beliefs, conditioning or expectations which are
conflicting with your conscious intentions.
Heal and transform the subconscious attitudes that hold you back from manifesting your
conscious intentions.
We will use healing techniques to identify and release your
energetic blocks to abundance and to heal the roots of self sabotage. We will
clear any inappropriate past life vows or pacts, (i.e. poverty,) in a meditation
assisted by the Archangels and we will release our past limitations a powerful
ceremony of transformation.
As always, we will also have fun!

Crystal Healing Workshop

MEDITATION RETREAT
August 8th-10th 2008, at the beautiful Shambala
Centre, Findhorn
Residential weekend retreat. Friday 4pm - Sunday 4pm
Suitable for beginners or experienced meditators. Some sessions are optional to
enable you to tailor the retreat to your own requirements.
If you would like to learn more about meditation, explore different ways of meditating and perhaps learn some new techniques that you feel comfortable with and can fit into your routine at home and work, then this relaxing, regenerating and revitalising weekend workshop is for you!
Throughout this retreat you will experience basic forms of meditation using breath, awareness, movement, sound, chanting, mantras, mudras and guided visualisation. We will also be working with the archangels to activate your chakras to a higher level. You will have the opportunity to join in some Tibetan yoga sessions, perhaps on the beach and participate in the spiritual life of Shambala. On Saturday evening we will visit the incredibly peaceful Pluscarden Abbey to hear the monks chanting. As Shambala is right on Findhorn Bay, please bring your swimming costume and towel if you enjoy swimming in the sea. Shambala is within minutes of the main Findhorn Community buildings, shop, Universal Hall and sanctuary.
This weekend offers you the opportunity to:

· Enjoy some simple and effective yogic exercises and inspirational chanting

You will experience the basic forms of meditation using breath, awareness,
movement, sound, chanting, mantras, mudras and guided visualisation. To bring
balance to the weekend you will have the opportunity to join in some yoga
sessions, possibly on the beach and participate in the spiritual life of
Shambala.
As Shambala is on the waters edge, please bring
your swimming costume and towel if you would like to swim in the sea. The yoga,
chanting and some meditation sessions will be optional in order to assist you to
tailor the weekend according to what you need and enjoy - you may prefer to opt
out of some sessions in order to sleep, swim, walk or spend time exploring the
world famous Findhorn foundation
There are many paths to inner peace. As we are all different, the best path, or
combination of paths, is the one that suits you. True inner peace, like
true happiness, is not dependent on external circumstances, but becomes the
mental/emotional bedrock of our existence. Therefore inner peace, like
contentment, is a skill that can be learnt. Meditation is the
tool for finding inner peace that is common to all traditions in some form or
another.
Research has shown that when we meditate our brain wave pattern alters from the
usual beta waves, through the more relaxed alpha waves, to theta and even delta.
Alpha ranges from 7-12 HZ and is a place of deep relaxation where we access our
creativity. In sleep and the higher states of meditation we experience theta, at
4-7 HZ. This is where the senses are withdrawn from the external to the
internal, and is the optimum level for deep thought. Delta waves occur at
0.5-3HZ in the deepest sleep or deepest meditation and confers a profound sense
of deep peace.

This angel workshop will focus on working with the angels to access healing for
ourselves and others.
We will be using various techniques, angel exercises and meditations to access
healing at whatever level is appropriate for us. We will both practice and
receive hands-on angel healing which is incredibly beautiful - gentle and very
powerful.
The angel healing day includes:
Hands on healing, chakra work, healing with sound and colour and combining
healing with other modalities.
We will be sending out group healing for our beautiful world and all people who
are experiencing suffering in any of its different forms.
Angel Healing will lighten your heart, lift your spirits and raise your
vibration!
ANGEL AWARENESS DAY 2008

Join with thousands of people around
the world in celebrating Angel Awareness Day!
We will be using the same meditation as Diana Cooper and many other angel
teachers around the world in a day of celebration, raising our vibration and
connecting to the angels and archangel for our own healing and ascension, for
our loved ones and for our wonderful world.
The focus of the day will be on celebrating our beautiful earth with gratitude,
love and healing. Please bring along something that comes from the earth such as
flowers, fruit, crystals, etc.
We will also be working on raising human consciousness in order to achieve the
previously deemed impossible!

This course is based on techniques from Elizabeth's current book.

This wonderful 9 day training held over 3 weekends will provide you with the information and skills required to plan and run your own angel courses, raise your vibration and provide you with invaluable skills you can use in many other aspects of your life.
